LadyGolfersForum.com offers it right on this site. It’s amazing, their Plan A Round feature does all the organizing for you. And the free option is more than enough for a group as large as 30 or so players. All that communication , all those tee assignments, all the waitlist maintainance and monitoring newly opened playing slots and promoting waitlisted players to them done automatically so you don't have to stress when planning the outing as the Plan A Round feature of this site does it all for you behind the scenes. Not to mention the handicap tracking offered for free. Only requirement is a free membership to this forum. I’m sorry but if that is not amazing, i dont know what is.

Glad to see you girls enjoying the Plan A Round system as much as I do. I love the flexibility aspect of it. I can add tee times and edit the times of the tee times. They even allow us to to alter the date of outing, so cool.

Wow, i know, it removes all the organizing headache. What my group like about it that all information is immeditaely communicated to them like whether they are in, put on waitlist and wait for it …. Even when they get promoted from waitlist to playing when a spot opens up they get the whatsApp and email message alerting them.

Yes , i have been using it for my golf group and all my friends are super impressed with it too. They love the fact that they can RSVP right on the invite sent by email and whatsApp without needing to login to the forum. The free option is more than enough for my group of 40 players as any one outing 16 players are available to play and the free option allows 50 invites out and 5 tee times per outing (20 confirmed players)
