Plan a Golf Outing Without the Group-Chat Headache
Organize golf rounds with friends in one place. Set your tee times and invite your golfers through our platform — then let LGF take care of the rest. LGF’s Plan a Round system automatically collects RSVPs, manages playing lists and waitlists, promotes the next waitlisted golfer when a spot opens up, and randomly organizes confirmed players into tee-time groups to help avoid favoritism. And be assured that LGF communicates to players regarding their assigned tee times, whether or not they are placed on waitlist and even when players get promoted from waitlist to playing.
A free LadyGolfersForum account is required to create and manage an outing.

How Plan a Round Works
From choosing the course to organizing the final tee-time groups, Plan a Round handles the details.
Choose the Golf Course
Search for your golf course and create your outing.
Set Tee Times & Group Capacity
Choose your tee times, spacing, and the number of golfers allowed in each group.
Invite Your Golfers
Invite several golfers at once with three-way invitations (email, WhatsApp, and app notification) with just the click of a button, or invite golfers individually. You can create a Friends List and use this list to send out invites for future outings too.
Automatically Collect RSVPs
Plan a Round keeps track of who's playing so you don't have to chase everyone for responses. Your Invitees can RSVP directly from their email and whatsapp invite without ever needing to visit LadyGolfersForum.com
Automatic Waitlists & Promotion
When the outing reaches capacity, additional golfers are automatically waitlisted. If a confirmed golfer drops out, the next golfer on the waitlist is automatically promoted into the outing.
Automatically Organize Tee-Time Groups
When the outing is locked, confirmed golfers are first randomly shuffled then automatically distributed among the required tee times. Their assigned tee times are automatically communicated to them via email and whatsApp(if provided).
