Hi ladies! I’ve been looking at women’s golf clubs and golf equipment lately, and I’ve realized there are approximately 10,000 things the golf industry would happily convince me I desperately need. 😂 New driver? More distance! New irons? Better accuracy! New putter? You’ll never three-putt again! Meanwhile, my current putter is probably sitting in my golf bag thinking, “Lady, I’m not the reason you missed that three-footer.” 🤣 I’ve been looking at equipment from PING, Callaway, TaylorMade, Titleist and Cobra, but I’m much more interested in hearing what other women golfers actually use than simply reading another golf equipment review. So ladies, what’s one piece of golf gear or equipment that genuinely improved your game? 🏌️‍♀️ Did getting fitted for a driver or irons make a noticeable difference? ⛳ Do you prefer women’s golf clubs or regular/lightweight shafts? 🎯 Has a rangefinder or GPS golf watch actually helped your course management? 🏐 Do premium golf balls like the Titleist Pro V1 really make enough difference to justify the price? 💰 And what’s the most expensive piece of golf equipment you’ve bought that turned out to be a complete waste of money? I’m especially curious about drivers, irons, wedges and putters for women golfers, because sometimes the equipment that gets marketed hardest isn’t necessarily what works best for us. Let’s turn this into a useful women’s golf gear discussion for anyone researching new golf clubs or accessories. What is the best golf equipment purchase you’ve ever made — and what would you absolutely NOT buy again? 😂

Hi Jessica! I completely understand what you mean—there are so many golf products marketed as “game changers” that it’s hard to know what’s actually worth the money. 😂 For me, getting properly fitted for a driver made the biggest difference. I ended up with a PING G430 Max with a lighter shaft, and the combination of better launch, forgiveness, and confidence off the tee has helped me more than simply buying the newest club off the rack. I also switched to more forgiving irons, which made mishits much less punishing. I’ve found that women’s clubs can be a great option, but the most important thing is really the shaft weight, flex, length, and lie angle—not just whether the label says “women’s.” A fitting helped me find what suited my swing instead of relying on general recommendations. I also use a GPS watch for course management, and it has definitely helped me choose smarter targets and avoid blindly going for shots I probably shouldn’t attempt. As for golf balls, I like the Titleist Pro V1, but I usually play a less expensive ball during casual rounds because I’m not consistent enough to notice a huge difference every time. 😂 The biggest waste of money for me was buying a fancy training aid that I used twice before it disappeared into the back of my closet. My best purchase has definitely been the fitting and clubs that actually match my swing. I’d love to hear what everyone else has found useful too—especially when it comes to wedges and putters!
