Quick question — are golf shoes really necessary?
I’ve just been wearing regular sneakers and it seems fine, but I’ve heard people say it affects your swing.

I used to slip slightly during my swing and didn’t even realize it until I switched to golf shoes.

Also depends on the course — if it’s wet or uneven, golf shoes help a lot.
