Best Golf Shoes for Comfort and Style – What Do You Wear on the Course?

Best Golf Shoes for Comfort and Style – What Do You Wear on the Course? Hi ladies, I’ve realized that golf shoes can make a huge difference — not just in comfort, but in confidence too. I used to play in regular sneakers, but after a few sore feet (and slipping on wet grass 🙈), I finally invested in a proper pair of golf shoes. Right now I’m wearing the FootJoy Pro/SL Sport, and I absolutely love how lightweight they are. They’ve got great grip without feeling clunky, and I can walk 18 holes without my feet screaming at me. I’ve also heard great things about the Nike Roshe G and Ecco Biom Hybrid shoes for women. 👉 What golf shoes are you currently using? 👉 Do you prefer spikeless or traditional cleats? 👉 Any recommendations for shoes that balance comfort and style? Would love to hear what works for you — especially if you’ve found a pair that keeps your feet happy on those long summer rounds!

My Golf Goals for the Rest of the Year – Who’s With Me?

Hey ladies, Now that summer’s in full swing, I decided to write down a few golf goals to keep me motivated for the rest of the year. I feel like having a plan helps me stay focused — otherwise I just go out, play, and hope for the best. Here’s what I’m aiming for: 1. Break 90 consistently – I’ve done it twice this year, but I want it to become the norm. 2. Eliminate my 3-putts – lag putting practice, here I come. 3. Hit more fairways – currently about 45%, hoping to push that closer to 60%. 4. Play two new courses – I get stuck in the same rotation, so it’s time to explore! I’m also booking one lesson a month with the pro at my local club. We’ve been working on smoothing out my tempo and keeping my head still on short chips. What about you? ✅ Are you chasing a specific handicap goal? ✅ Working on a certain shot, like a fade or a flop? ✅ Or maybe just playing more rounds with friends? Let’s share and keep each other accountable — maybe we can even do a little “end-of-year golf goal check-in” thread later!

What’s Everyone’s Favorite Golf Course Snack?

Hi everyone, This might sound silly, but I swear my golf game improves when I’ve got the right snack in my bag. 🥪⛳️ Some of my regulars: • Peanut butter crackers (no melting issues!) • Trail mix with cashews, almonds, and a little chocolate • Banana or apple for a quick energy boost • The occasional granola bar when I’m running late to the first tee Last week, I played at a new course and they had the most amazing turkey wrap at the turn — I almost went back for a second before hole #10. So now I’m curious… 👉 What’s your go-to golf course snack or drink to keep your energy up through 18 holes? 👉 Do you bring your own or grab something from the clubhouse? Let’s hear your favorites — I’m always looking for new ideas to keep in my golf bag!

Hey KK, welcome!! 😊⛳️ I love your energy — you’re going to fit in perfectly here. Golf really is one of the best ways to spend time with friends and family, and you’re right, every course feels like a totally different experience which keeps it fun. Don’t worry at all about being a beginner — we’ve all been there. Honestly, that’s the most exciting stage because you improve so quickly and every round feels like progress. If you’re looking to meet other ladies to play with, you should definitely check out the Plan A Round feature on the forum. It’s a great way to connect with others near you and join or organize a round — super easy and a lot of fun. Also, quick tip that helped me early on: 👉 Don’t try to be perfect — just focus on making clean contact with the ball and enjoying the game. Everything else comes with time. Glad you joined, and looking forward to seeing you out on the course soon! 💕🏌️‍♀️
